Product Marketing Engineer: Recruiting Services International, LLC has a great opportunity available in Baltimore, MD for a Product Marketing engineer with heat transfer industry experience.  Job duties will include:

 

·        Generates strategic and tactical marketing programs  for all products in the Commercial and Industrial markets

·        Provides marketing leadership while leading interdisciplinary teams for new product development

·        Regularly performs pricing and competitive analysis by customer channel and recommend  strategies to improve market position, improve quality or reduce costs

·        Supports and participates in industry organizations and trade shows, as well as supports the Representatives’ own marketing initiatives

·        Creates programs and initiatives to garner Representative mindshare, and creates and administers the appropriate training programs for both the Representatives and the end-user customer

Candidates must have:

 

·        A Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a strong technical (mechanical / electrical) background would be preferred but a Bachelor of Science in Engineering would be considered

·        Three or more years of applicable experience preferred

·        Strong communication skills are a must to be able to move projects through cross-functional teams

·        Excellent technical writing skills

·        Some travel required

·        This position requires the ability to meet deadlines, so a flexible schedule is required

·        The ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize their importance is required

·        Ability to schedule and lead meetings with a broad range of people is necessary

Regional Sales Managers; West or Mid-West: RSI LLC has an immediate need for a Regional Sales Manager in the Western or Mid-Western Region of North America.  These positions can be worked from a home office, but must be close to a major airport.   Working directly and through a network of independent manufacturer’s representatives and direct sales resources, this position will be responsible for the sales of HVAC and Cooling Tower equipment working with Director of Sales - Commercial & Industrial Markets, Americas, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all activities related to implementing market strategy and achieving sales targets within his or her assigned territory.   This position supports the independent representative organizations in their efforts to influence customers and assist them in applying goods and services to best meet the end-user customers’ needs, resulting in revenue generation. In addition the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services. Relies on extensive leadership, practical experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Possess a solid working knowledge and leadership of general business, marketing, sales, distribution and engineering, preferably as it pertains to the HVAC marketplace. Supply Chain Excellence Engineer/Manager:  Recruiting Services International, LLC has an excellent opportunity available in Baltimore, MD for a Supply Chain Manager/Engineer.  Our client is in search of a person with a strong motivation to improve the quality of products and processes through the application of continuous improvement 
methods to the supply chain processes for raw materials and purchased components.                                                              
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain processes for vendor supply chain quality, Hands-on involvement with quality contracts, vendor audits and non-conformances, Create and maintain control plans for raw material receiving, Maintain metrics and report cards for continuous improvement of the vendor processes and performance, Integrate vendor quality management with PeopleSoft, Apply DMAIC and other six sigma tools to continuously improve all aspects of product, process and service quality, including data analysis for
